Abstract:
A cylinder device equipped with: a cylinder; a rod guide; a piston; a piston rod; and a rebound member arranged between the rod guide and the piston to alleviate shock when the cylinder device is fully extended. The rebound member comprises a coil spring, which is arranged at the outer periphery of the piston rod, and a pair of holder members - an upper and a lower holder member - which fit into anchoring parts formed at both ends of the coil spring, and have shaft center holes through which the piston rod is inserted. The central part of the coil spring formed between the anchoring parts is formed with a smaller diameter than the anchoring parts.
