Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cylindrical abrasive brush used for the abrasion of a metal plate or a non-metal plate, and more particularly, for the abrasion of a printed circuit board (PCB). The cylindrical abrasive brush is characterized in that a supporting body formed with a plurality of through-holes is mounted on the outer periphery of a stiff cylindrical pipe, which is inserted into a rotation shaft, a reinforcement body is wound on the outer periphery of the supporting body to be perpendicular with respect to the central line thereof, and a flexible sheet is wound on the outer periphery of the reinforcement body to be adhered thereto after continuously disposing and fixing a plurality of grind stones to the flexible sheet. The cylindrical abrasive brush is proper for abrading or polishing an article having a wide surface since the deformation and supporting force of the reinforcement body and the supporting body therein are uniform even in the case of high speed rotation. It is possible to carry out abrasion in close and uniform contact with large waviness of an object and serve as a leveling roll for a flat plate.
