Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a cylindrical anti-vibration device, having a novel structure, for an anti-vibration connecting rod, the anti-vibration device guaranteeing tuneability of anti-vibration characteristics and durability and being able to be attached with ease to a main rod body, while using a structure in which the main rod body is attached to an inner axle member; an anti-vibration connecting rod using the cylindrical anti-vibration device for an anti-vibration connecting rod; and a method for manufacturing the anti-vibration connecting rod. An inner axle member (12) has a structure in which a first connecting member (20) and a second connecting member (22) are layered and inserted into a sleeve member (18) to which a main rubber flexible body (16) is fixed, and a rod end insertion space (72) is formed between the first and second connecting members (20, 22) inserted into the sleeve member (18). One end (80) of a main rod body (74) inserted into the rod end insertion space (72) through rod insertion holes (24, 26) is fixed by a fastening member (90) to the first and second connecting members (20, 22), and the first and second connection members are respectively made to abut the main rod body (74) by the fastening member (90).
