Abstract:
The invention relates to a cylindrical gear and planet wheel combined type electric power-assisted circulating ball steering gear. A power unit assembly and a primary speed reducer assembly are fixed together with a mechanical circulating ball steering gear assembly; a cylindrical gear reducer assembly is assembled between a gearbox side cover assembly and a mechanical circulating ball steering gear; the gearbox side cover assembly and the mechanical circulating ball steering gear assembly are fixed together; an inner gear ring and the mechanical circulating ball steering gear assembly are fixed together; and a steering arm shaft assembly with a planet wheel gear speed reduction mechanism is assembled on the mechanical circulating ball steering gear assembly through an arm shaft input end bearing and an arm shaft output end bearing, and then the steering arm shaft assembly is axially fixed through a steering arm shaft fixing nut. According to the present invention, the traditional mechanical circulating ball steering gear is effectively combined with a gear and a planet wheel, and electric power-assisted steering of a commercial vehicle can be achieved, which is efficient, energy-saving and easy to arrange.
