Abstract:
A cylindrical shaped fireproof lamp fitting which comprises a supporting plate (
1 ) and a cylindrical shaped shade (2). A light source and a lamp base are mounted in
the shade and a through-hole is provided on the shade. A conduit ( 3 ) is mounted on
the through-hole, an electric wire ( 5 ) extended from the lampbase connects to
the electrical equipment outside the shade through the conduit (3 ). There is
fireproof material or/and fireproof intumescent material (4) inside the conduit
( 3 ) or near he wire-in end of the conduit. The cylindrical shaped shade (2) can
be composed of a metal layer and a fireproof heat insulation layer on the metal
layer. The fireproof material or/and fireproof intumescent material (4 ) can
prevent the fire escaping from the space between the inner wall of the conduit and
the wire when a fire disaster occurs, therefore effectively prevent the fire spreading
around.
