Abstract:
Disclosed are: a compound having an excellent inhibitory activity on cysteine protease; and a pharmaceutical agent for the treatment or prevention of a disease selected from the group consisting of osteoporosis, osteoarthrosis deformans, rheumatoid arthritis, Paget disease of bone, hypercalcemia, bone metastasis of cancer and bone pain. Specifically disclosed are: a compound represented by formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a pharmaceutical agent or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.
