Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for exchanging cell nuclei. An apparatus for exchanging cell nuclei, which is an apparatus for producing a cell having the cell nucleus of a first cell and containing the cell membrane of the first cell and the cytoplasm of a second cell, comprises: a first flow channel and a second flow channel which are separated by a wall and substantially parallel to each other; a cell supply part connected to each of the first flow channel and the second flow channel; a hole formed in the wall; electrodes disposed so as to sandwich the hole; a DC-AC signal generator; a third flow channel which is formed in the first flow channel and has an opening; a cell recovery part connected to the third flow channel; a division communicating to the first flow channel and the second flow channel; a fourth channel which is connected to the division and has a preset angle to the first flow channel and the second flow channel; and a pump connected to the fourth flow channel.
