Abstract:

Drinks and foods for eliminating Helicobacter pylori and/or preventing the infection therewith which contain as the active ingredient Lactobacillus gasseri OLL2716 (FERM BP-6999) having a potent ability to eliminate H. pylori. Drinks and foods (acid milk, etc.) prepared by using the above lactic acid bacterium can be appropriately taken over a long time as food products for eliminating H. pylori and/or preventing the infection therewith.
