Abstract:
The present invention relates to the preparation of a dairy product that has at least one characteristic like or similar to a characteristic of a mixture of at least two dairy products. In a preferred embodiment the dairy product has the taste and preferably also the mouthfeel of a mixture of yoghurt and quark.
