Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a damper device fixed to a holding member through a method by which a friction member serving as a limiter material is improved. [Solution] This damper device includes a configuration "comprising: a first rotor (100) that rotates around an axis of rotation; a second rotor (200) to which motive power is transmitted from the first rotor by engaging with the first rotor via a friction member (108), and which rotates around an axis of rotation; a third rotor that rotates relative to the second rotor around an axis of rotation; and an elastic mechanism part (206) that is disposed between the second rotor and the third rotor along the circumferential direction, and stretches or shrinks, wherein first target members (104, 106) included in the first rotor and a second target member (202) included in the second rotor are disposed with the friction member interposed between the first target members and the second target member, and one target member among the first target members and the second target member is provided so as to be capable of rotation from a first position at which rotation is possible relative to the friction member to a second position fixed to the friction member".
