Abstract:
The present invention relates to a damper dial for a vehicle air vent, and the objective of the present invention is to prevent operating power from being increased even though a dial fixture at which a dial main body is rotatably provided is deformed by shock and the like generated during driving of a vehicle such that the inner wall thereof is inserted toward the dial main body. The present invention is achieved by comprising: the dial main body (100) having a hinge hole (120) penetratively formed in the center part thereof, and having a dial (110) formed on the front surface part thereof; a first dial bush (200), which has a hinge protrusion (210) inserted while penetrating the hinge hole (120) formed at the dial main body (100) and formed to protrude from one side part thereof, and has a supporting pin (211) formed to extend from the front end part of the hinge protrusion (210); a second dial bush (300), which has an insertion groove (320), in which the supporting pin (211) of the first dial bush (200) is inserted, formed on one side surface thereof such that the pin is inserted therein, and has a recessed groove (310) formed at the outer part of the insertion groove (320); an O-ring (400) provided such that the outer surface thereof comes in contact with one surface of the dial main body (100) in a state in which the O-ring is mounted on the second dial bush (300); and the dial fixture (500) having an assembling hole (510) which is penetratively formed therein and in which the first dial bush (200) and the second dial bush (300) assembled to be respectively fixed to both the left and right sides of the dial main body (100) are assembled to be fixed while coming in contact with the inner wall surface thereof.
