Abstract:
A damper (10) has a housing (11) and a rotor (16) combined with the housing (11) so as to be capable of rotating relative to the housing (11). The damper (10) is provided with: an attenuating medium (90) packed into a rotation region, in the housing (11), in which the rotor (16) rotates, and imparted with viscoelasticity by a viscoelasticity treatment; and an encapsulation part (80) provided on the outside of the rotation region of the rotor (16), the encapsulation part (80) communicating with the rotation region.
