A damper with an integrated centrifugal pendulum-type vibration absorbing device, said damper being equipped with: a drive plate for transmitting engine torque to a transmission, said drive plate being formed in a stepped shape toward the substantially annular outer edge; a substantially annular side plate with which the outermost edge portion of the drive plate makes sliding contact; a substantially annular hub clutch held between the side plate and the relatively inside annular portion of the drive plate; multiple torsion springs, which form circular arcs in portions of a space maintained between the side plate and the relatively inside annular portion of the drive plate and are arranged such that at least one end makes sliding contact with the hub clutch; a back plate, which grips the side surfaces of the multiple torsion springs, and is connected to the drive plate so as to be removable from the outside of the drive plate in the rotational axis direction; a substantially disc-shaped and substantially circular back plate, on the outer circumferential side of which centrifugal pendulum-type vibration absorbing devices are mounted; and centrifugal pendulum-type vibration absorbing devices, which are mounted on the outer circumferential side of the back plate.
