Abstract:
Disclosed is a damper provided with a housing, a cap, a rotor, and blades that jut out from the rotor. The blades are provided with deforming sections in which the diameter of the blades expands in one direction of rotation and reduces in the other direction of rotation in response to the resistance received from a viscous fluid (not shown), and turn a ring member disposed on the inner circumference of the housing by engaging with said ring member when the diameter expands.
