Abstract:
A flange (20) is formed in a protruding manner on the rotor (18) of a damper (10), and protrusions (22) are formed on the outer periphery of the flange (20). Through-holes (24) are formed in the protrusions (22). Protrusions (40) are formed on the upper walls (30C) of valves (30) engaged with the support protrusions (26) of the rotor (18). In assembling a damper, when the valves (30) are pressed in the direction toward the support protrusions (26), that is, in the direction toward the axis of the rotor (18), the protrusions (40) are once elastically deformed downward and then return to the original shape. As a result, the protrusions (40) of the valves (30) are engaged with the through-holes (24) formed in the protrusions (22) of the flange (20) of the rotor (18).
