Abstract:
This damper is provided with: a vehicle-side attaching part; an axle-side attaching part; and a vehicle height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the distance between the vehicle-side attaching part and the axle-side attaching part. The vehicle height adjusting mechanism is provided with: a first cylindrical member formed in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom; a second cylindrical member formed in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom and inserted into the first cylindrical member from the bottom side; and a stopper member including a shaft portion and a locking part disposed at the proximal end of the shaft portion. The distal end of the shaft portion is fixed onto the bottom of the first cylindrical member, the shaft portion is inserted through a hole formed in the bottom of the second cylindrical member, and the locking part is abutted on the bottom of the second cylindrical member.
