Abstract:
A damper (100) is provided with: an inner tube (5); an outer tube (6) covering the outer periphery of the inner tube (5) and forming an annular reservoir (R) between the inner tube (5) and the outer tube (6); a damping valve (V) for providing resistance to the flow of hydraulic oil flowing from the inside of the inner tube (5) toward the reservoir (R); and a partition wall member (14) provided within the reservoir (R) and conducting hydraulic oil, which has passed through the damping valve (V), to the side opposite an oil surface (S). The partition wall member (14) is positioned by a ring (21) mounted to the outer periphery of the inner tube (5).
