Abstract:
A damping device for an elevator car, comprising a damping box (1) and a fixing frame (2) located above the damping box (1), the fixing frame (2) being fixedly connected to the bottom of the elevator car; the damping box (1) comprises a roller (12), an inclined wedge (13), an elastic component (14) and a fixing plate (15); the upper end of the roller (12) is connected, by means of a fixing shaft (11), to the bottom of the fixing frame (2); the roller (12) contacts the inclined surface of the inclined wedge (13); one end of the elastic component (14) is connected to a vertical plane of the inclined wedge (13), and the other end is connected to the fixing plate (15); the fixing plate (15) is fixedly connected to upper and lower portions of the damping box (1). By means of said damping device for an elevator, vertical force is converted into horizontal force by means of the roller (12) and the inclined wedge (13) inside the damping box (1), and then the horizontal force is converted into elastic potential energy under the action of the elastic component (14). By means of the conversion action of the inclined wedge (13), the transmission time of the force to be subjected by the car is extended, and the transmission distance of the force is increased, so that the force to be subjected by the car changes more slowly, the damping effect is good, and the comfort degree is high.
