Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a damping device and a vehicle comprising the damping device. The damping device is used for buffering the movement of a first vehicle component relative to a second vehicle component, and comprises: a first tube and a second tube, wherein the first tube can extend and retract to move between an extension position and a retraction position in the second tube, and the first tube and the second tube together define a cavity; and a compression spring, which is mounted in the cavity. The compression spring is configured to be compressed when the first tube moves in a direction of retracting into the second tube, and to extend when the first tube moves in a direction of extending out of the second tube, thereby buffering the extension/retraction movement of the first tube relative to the second tube. The damping device in the present invention has a simple construction, is easy to assembly, has low manufacturing costs, and is reliable and durable.
