Abstract:
A damping force regulating valve is provided with: a valve disk (11) comprising an annular inner-peripheral sheet part (11f), in which leaf valves (Vc) are laminated, an annular valve seat (11c) for separating and seating the leaf valves (Vc), and an annular window (11e) provided between the inner-peripheral sheet part (11f) and the valve seat (11c); and a restraining part (70) that restrains deformation of the leaf valves (Vc) between the inner-peripheral sheet part (11f) and the valve seat (11c). When viewed in the axial direction, the leaf valve-side end of the restraining part (70) projects further toward the leaf valve (Vc) side than the leaf valve-side end of the valve seat (11c).
