Abstract:
A damping hinge having an inbuilt hinge cup, comprising a damping hinge. A damper (2) is mounted within a hinge cup (1) of the damping hinge for damping the swinging of the hinge cup (1) when closing a door. A hydraulic cylinder end of the damper (2) is provided at a hinging end of the hinge cup (1). A roller (5) is transversely mounted on a swinging shoulder part (41) of a connecting arm (4) hinged to the hinge cup (1). The hydraulic cylinder end of the damper (2) is provided with a tilted surface (21) abutted against the roller (5) when the hinge cup (1) is swinging when closing the door. The damping hinge having the inbuilt hinge cup is provided at the swinging shoulder part (41) of the connecting arm (4) with the roller (5) abutted against the hydraulic cylinder end of the damper (2), thus reducing abutment damages to the damper (2) by the connecting arm (4), and effectively extending the service life of the damper (2).
