Abstract:
A damping mechanism for an exploration robot, comprising a structure main body (1), a connecting frame (19), a shock-absorbing barrel (2), a shock-absorbing spring (4), a head shock-absorbing base (3), a head shock-absorbing connecting rod (15), a shock-absorbing spring top fixing pin (5), a first bolt hole (7) of the head shock-absorbing connecting rod, a triangular rubber caterpillar band assembly (6), a second bolt hole (16) of the head shock-absorbing connecting rod, a first bolt hole (8) of a top connecting rod, a second bolt hole (9) of the top connecting rod and a tail shock-absorbing connecting rod (17). The connecting frame (19) is in bolted connection to the top connecting rod (18) by means of a right side bolt hole; and the right end of the shock-absorbing barrel (2) is connected to the left end of the top connecting rod (18) by means of a bolt. The damping mechanism for the exploration robot is provided with an independent triangular shock-absorbing caterpillar track (6), and the shock-absorbing connecting rod (15) and the connecting frame (19) are made of aluminum alloy materials, so that the robot has very good mechanical properties and an outstanding shock-absorbing effect, is more stable when used under bad conditions, and is not easily damaged.
