Abstract:
A damping solution circulator and a damping solution circulating method in which damping solution is not contaminated nor putrefied even after continuous use and necessity of replacement is eliminated by preventing generation offensive odor. The damping solution circulator (1) comprises a potential adsorption filter (2) utilizing the absorbing action of zeta potential provided in the middle of a passage for circulating the damping solution, and a concentration controller (3) for regulating concentration of the damping solution by replenishing the damping solution with IPA. Since propagation of bacteria or microorganisms contained in the damping solution can be prevented by adsorbing and removing particulate components suspending in the damping solution and then setting the alcohol concentration of the damping solution at 5 mass% or above, the damping solution is not pollnted nor putrefied and generation of offensive odor can be prevented.
