Abstract:
Provided is a damping valve for a shock absorber comprising: a piston having one side disk and another side disk; ports that are configured to include holes that are formed on the one side disk and the other side disk; a piston rod; and a nut that is screwed onto the tip of the piston rod. Annular inner peripheral sheet surfaces and annular outer peripheral sheet surfaces are formed at the positions that correspond to each of the meeting surfaces of the one side disk and the other side disk, and each through hole opens between each inner peripheral sheet surface and each outer peripheral sheet surface. The other side disk has a plurality of through holes formed along the space between the inner peripheral sheet surface and the outer peripheral sheet surface, and an elastically deformable section is formed between the through holes. In a state in which the nut is not tightened and the outer peripheral sheet surface of the one side disk and the outer peripheral sheet surface of the other side disk are in contact, a gap is formed between the inner peripheral sheet surface of the one side disk and the inner peripheral sheet surface of the other side disk. In a state in which the nut is tightened, the elastic deformable section of the other side disk warps, and each of the inner peripheral sheet surfaces are brought into contact.
