Abstract:
This damping valve has: a primary valve (3) that opens/closes a primary path (1a); and a pilot path (PP) that reduces the pressure upstream of the primary path (1a) by means of a throttle (1f) and leads same as back pressure biasing the primary valve (3) towards the closing direction. A pressure control valve (PV), which has a seat (22h) that controls the back pressure and is provided downstream of the throttle (1f), and an switch valve (SV), which has an annular concavity (22c) that opens/closes the pilot path (PP), are integrated, and are controlled by a single solenoid (Sol). The present invention is provided with: fail pathways (20j, 21j) that bypass the primary valve (3) and branch from downstream of the throttle (1f); and a fail valve (31) that opens/closes the fail pathways. The switch valve (SV) is disposed upstream of the pressure control valve (PV) in the pilot path (PP). The fail pathways (20j, 21j) branch upstream of the switch valve (SV) of the pilot path (PP).
