Abstract:
A dart game apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention is disclosed. The dart game apparatus can comprise: a dart target for accommodating a dart which is being thrown; a sensing unit for detecting the hit position of the dart which has been thrown; a control unit for determining score information items in accordance with one or more darts, respectively, which are thrown by a first player, on the basis of information relating to the hit position received from the sensing unit, determining the respective score information items of the first player which have been determined to be output in response to the respective dart throw and, if a round of the first player is detected to be complete, permitting a second player to throw darts, determining score information items in accordance with one or more darts, respectively, which are thrown by the second player, comparing the respective score information items of the second player which have been determined and a current score information of the first player and, on the basis of the result of the comparison, determining whether or not the current score information in accordance with the dart throw by the second player is to be output in association with comparison result information; and an output unit for outputting the score information in accordance with the dart throw and the comparison result information on the basis of the controlling by the control unit.
