Abstract:
A dash panel lower cross beam structure and an automobile. The dash panel lower cross beam structure comprises a first cross beam layer (1) and a second cross beam layer (2), wherein the second cross beam layer (2) is arranged on one side of the first cross beam layer (1), and a chamber is formed between the second cross beam layer (2) and the first cross beam layer (1). When the front of an automobile is hit head-on, the impact force is transmitted towards the dash panel lower cross beam structure by means of a left longitudinal beam and a right longitudinal beam of an automobile frame; and after the first cross beam layer (1) and the second cross beam layer (2) absorb energy, deformation first occurs at a first connection section (14), a second connection section (15) and a third connection section (23), and a battery pack is protected by means of the deformation of the first cross beam layer (1) and the second cross beam layer (2) and a deformation space provided by the chamber between the first cross beam layer (1) and the second cross beam layer (2).
