Abstract:
Provided is a dashboard crossbeam (100) used for a vehicle, comprising: a crossbeam body (102); the crossbeam body (102) is made of plastic and comprises a first end part (104) and a second end part (106), the first end part (104) and the second end part (106) being suitable for connecting to the left and right side enclosure sheet metal panels of the vehicle, respectively; a first structural member (128), said first structural member (128) being made of metal and being arranged in the crossbeam body (102); and a first support frame (108) and a support frame (110); the first support frame (108) and the second support frame (110) are arranged in the middle of the crossbeam body (102) and are suitable for supporting the central control of the vehicle; the first support frame (108) is closer to the first end part (104) of the crossbeam body (102) than the second support frame (110); the first structural member (128) extends from the first end part (104) of the crossbeam body (102) along the length direction of the crossbeam body (102); the first structural member (128) has a first end (129) and a second end (131); the first end (129) of the first structural member (128) is located at the first end (104) of the crossbeam body (102); the second end (131) of the first structural member (128) is located between the first support frame (108) and the second support frame (110); the dashboard crossbeam (100) has higher mechanical performance, lower manufacturing cost, smaller volume and weight, and is easy to manufacture.
