Abstract:
The invention relates to a dashboard for motor vehicles, comprising: a dial (4), a light box (3), a needle (2) and a printed circuit board (6), the needle being rotated (2.5) by a motor element (5), behind the dial and about a rotational axis, said needle comprising a first axial portion, a second axial portion, a radial portion and a display portion, the display portion being visible around the periphery of the dial. The dial comprises a first recess through which the needle is guided and the light box comprises a second recess through which the needle is guided, the first and second recesses having a stretched and curved shape, coaxial to the rotational axis and at a distance from the rotational axis corresponding to the length of the radial portion of the needle.
