Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of computers, and provides a data access method, device and system configured to reduce a data access latency of a GPU. The method comprises: a GPU acquires an access request for a first memory page, and the access request carries a physical address of the first memory page (101); the GPU queries, according to the physical address of the first memory page and a predetermined correspondence relationship between physical addresses and identifiers of memory pages, whether a most recently used (MRU) table item corresponding to the physical address of the first memory page in an MRU table comprises an identifier of the first memory page (102); if the MRU table item corresponding to the physical address of the first memory page does not comprise the identifier of the first memory page, then the GPU sends a page transfer request to a central processing unit (CPU), such that the CPU stores, according to the page transfer request, the first memory page to a video memory (103); and the GPU accesses the first memory page in the video memory (104).
