Abstract:
The present application provides a storage system and a storage node. In the technical solution provided by the present application, when a calculation node requests to write data of a database instance to the storage node, a dataset identifier to which the data belongs is indicated to the storage node, such that the storage node can quickly allocate a storage space for the data, and can establish the mapping between the dataset identifier and an address of the storage space. In this case, when the calculation node reads the data from the storage node, the storage node can quickly determine the storage space of the data on the storage node on the basis of the mapping, such that the data can be quickly and conveniently read, and finally the complexity of storing data in the storage node can be reduced to improve the storage efficiency and the storage speed of the data.
