Abstract:
A data acquisition method and device, and a data analysis method and device. The data acquisition method comprises: acquiring device operation state information at an orange juicing device side, the device operation state information comprising one of or any combination of temperature, humidity, alarm information, error information, and image information; and transmitting the device operation state information to a network device. Thus, the orange juicing device does not independently exist, and the device operation state can be conveniently improved. The device operation state information is fed back to the network device for analysis, and the network device completes the analysis process and determines a specific analysis result. The orange juicing device or a mobile terminal device obtains the analysis result of the network device from the network device, and determines a corresponding maintenance scheme according to the analysis result. Therefore, operation and management personnel can process a fault of the orange juicing device, supplement materials, etc. in time, so as to improve the quality of juicing service and meet the orange juice demand of a user.
