Title:
DATA ANALYSIS DEVICE AND DATA ANALYSIS PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/131274
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, a sample group creation unit 24 groups samples derived from a microorganism according to prior test information indicating the bacterial species/strain of each sample; and a difference analysis unit 27 analyzes differences using a peak matrix created on the basis of the grouping results. Meanwhile, if an operator inputs a group reorganization condition related to the drug resistance of the microorganism, a sample group reorganization/reorganization cancellation unit 25 uses separate prior test information indicating drug resistance for each pre-registered group and reorganizes groups by selecting or combining groups that have already been subjected to grouping. The difference analysis unit 27 analyzes differences using a peak matrix newly created on the basis of the group reorganization results. Due to the foregoing, difference analysis results relating to different drug resistances can be sequentially acquired in conjunction with a change in the group reorganization condition.
