A data center includes an air conditioning apparatus and an information processing system provided with a plurality of servers that are cooled by air blown from the air conditioning apparatus via an outlet. Each of the servers executes a program and obtains first air volume information measured by an air volume measuring instrument which measures the volume of air blown from an outlet corresponding to the device itself. Also, each of the servers obtains a second air volume measured by an air volume measuring instrument which measures the volume of air blown from an outlet corresponding to the other servers. Then, each of the servers identifies, on the basis of the first air volume information and the second air volume information, an other server that is to be cooled by a higher air flow rate than the air flow rate for cooling the device itself. After that, each of the servers moves a program to be executed to the identified other server.
