Abstract:
Disclosed are a data channel sending method and a communication apparatus, wherein same relate to the field of communications, and can support sidelink communication in a 5G communication system, for example, D2D or V2X, etc. A first terminal device determines time domain symbols occupied by a data channel in a time slot, wherein the maximum value of the number of time domain symbols occupied by the data channel is N-2 or N-1, and N is the number of time domain symbols included in one time slot; the first terminal device determines, from among the time domain symbols occupied by the data channel, time domain symbols which carry a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), wherein the DMRS is used for demodulating data carried by the data channel, and the first time domain symbol in the time domain symbols occupied by the data channel carries the data or the DMRS or an automatic gain control (AGC) signal; and the first terminal device sends the data channel to a second terminal device.
