Abstract:
A storage system comprises a host, a check node, and multiple data nodes. The host is used for dividing, according to identifiers of data nodes included in write data requests, the multiple write data requests into multiple write data request sets, each write data request set including multiple write data requests having the same identifier of data nodes. When the size of all write data requests in each of a set amount of write data request sets reaches a preset amount of data, check data of the set amount of write data request sets is calculated. The host is further used for sending each write data request set to the data nodes indicated by the identifiers, and sending the check data to the check node. The same type of data can be stored in the same storage node on the basis of ensuring data reliability, and it is only required to read from one storage node while the data is read, so that the efficiency of data reading is improved.
