Abstract:
The present invention includes a management shell in which attributes related to network connection and access to a plurality of network-connectable appliances (101) are registered and set for each appliance (101), and which abstracts the appliances (101) as objects. A data collection control apparatus (103) is connected to the plurality of appliances (101), and on the basis of the settings of the management shell, transmits information (D) of the plurality of appliances (101) to an information system (110) on the cloud and transmits information (S) on services or the like, which has been transmitted from the information system (110), to the plurality of appliances (101).
