Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a data collection method and apparatus, a Modbus system, and a storage medium, which belong to the technical field of communications. In the embodiments of the present application, a master collects one or more pieces of segment data during one interaction with slaves, the maximum amount of data carried in each piece of segment data being 256. In the Modbus system, one piece of data is least represented by one byte, then data carried in each piece of segment data can reach 256 bytes; and if a plurality of pieces of segment data are collected during one interaction, then the amount of data that can be collected is much greater than 252 bytes limited in a protocol. That is, in the present solution, the amount of data that can be collected during one interaction is greater; and insofar as the amount of data that needs to be collected is fixed, the number of interactions between the master and the slaves can be reduced, so that bus occupancy frequencies are reduced, but the occupancy rate is increased. Furthermore, since the amount of data to which the slaves respond once is greater, the master cannot spend a long time on one slave. Therefore, the real-time performance of the Modbus system is improved.
