Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of the Internet. Provided are a data collection method for device maintenance enforcement technology and a device maintenance system. The method comprises: recording a matching relationship between a pre-set specific time period for maintaining a device and device maintenance information, and the device being shut down in a forced manner within the pre-set specific time period for maintaining the device; monitoring the current time; determining whether the current time is within the pre-set specific time period for maintaining the device; if not, maintaining the original state; if so, the device being shut down in a forced manner, and pushing, to a user, the device maintenance information matching the current device running time; detecting whether the device is completely maintained; if not, maintaining the original state; and if so, reminding the user to power on the device, and sending technology usage data to a data collection end. According to the invention, by forcibly requiring a user to maintain a device according to device maintenance information within a specific time period, the normal running of the device is guaranteed, the device usage experience is improved for the user, and a manufacturer is facilitated in collecting the technology usage scenario.
