Abstract:
Provided are a data collection method for a traveling cost recording technology and a cost calculation system, the method comprising: recording one or more spoken keywords, information of a traveling cost category related to each of the spoken keywords, and a matching relationship between each of the spoken keywords and the traveling cost category (S100); reading speech information from a user (S101); determining whether the speech information contains the spoken keywords (S102); if not, then displaying that no related record exists for the cost category (S103); if so, then recording a monetary amount of the traveling cost category, and sending technology usage data to a data collection terminal preset by a manufacturer (S104). A corresponding relationship between a preset spoken keyword and a traveling cost category allows a user to easily record traveling expenses by using speech, and reduces the inconvenience of manual entry. Timely feedback provided after using the technology also allows the manufacturer to easily collect usage status information of related technology in a timely and effective manner.
