Abstract:
A data comparison device provided with: an expected value information generation unit (31) which generates expected value information including time data, input data, and output data corresponding to a timing chart that defines a sequence control; an execution cycle setting unit (32) which sets the execution cycle of a sequence program; a control unit (2) which executes the processing of the sequence program for virtual input data that is based on the execution cycle of the sequence program and the input data of the expected value information, and outputs virtual output data; a comparison section setting unit (33) which, when the virtual output data is to be compared with the output data of the expected value information, sets a comparison section having a time width using the time of at least one of the virtual output data and the output data of the expected value information as a reference; and an expected value comparison unit (4) which compares, for the set comparison section, the virtual output data with the output data of the expected value information.
