Abstract:
Provided is a technology for enabling avoidance of a situation in which a required time for searching in accordance with a conversion rule is lengthened. The present invention is provided with: a conversion table that has a predetermined number of entry regions in which the correspondence between first data and second data having a smaller size than the first data can be stored, the predetermined number of entry regions being divided into a plurality of bank regions, the plurality of bank regions being formed of entry regions the number of which is smaller than the predetermined number; a determination unit that uniquely determines a bank region corresponding to the first data from among the plurality of bank regions; and a processing unit that searches for the entry regions of the determined bank regions by the predetermined number or a number less than the predetermined number, that outputs the second data when the second data corresponding to the first data is stored, and that registers the second data corresponding to the first data in another entry region in which the second data is not stored, and further, outputs the first data when the second data corresponding to the first data is not stored.
