Abstract:
A cache generation instruction unit (165) of a mobile station (16) transmits a download instruction (411) instructing that a data segment (311) to be delivered to a moving body when the moving body travels in a communication area be downloaded from a content server (10). Further, on the basis of the download instruction (411), a cache generation unit (111) at a delivery cache node (11) for managing data delivery within the communication area downloads the data segment (311) from the content server (10), and stores the downloaded data segment (311) in a cache management database (112) of a storage unit (119), as a cache.
