Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of easily conveying a momentarily changing current state to a person present at a distance location. The present invention is provided with: a data server for storing IC tags 3a, 3b and preset mail addresses in association with each other; a reception server for accepting input of data in which the IC tags 3a, 3b read by a smart device 2 are associated with messages and position information, the smart device 2 having stored therein a message inputted in emergency mode and position information of the smart device 2; and a mail server for referring to the data server and transmitting the message or the message and position information to the mail addresses associated with the IC tags 3a, 3b that match the IC tags 3a, 3b associated with the accepted data.
