Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a data forwarding method and apparatus based on a network bridge of a kernel of an operating system. The method in an embodiment of the present application comprises: reading a to-be-sent data packet from a network card cache, and then searching for address forwarding information corresponding to the data packet in the address forwarding information in the cache; and when the address forwarding information corresponding to the data packet is found, determining, according to the found address forwarding information, a target network card drive for sending the data packet, and directly sending the data packet to the target network card drive, so that the target network card drive sends the data packet.
