A data interface and an electronic device. The data interface comprises a housing (10) with a plug interface. A back plate (11) is arranged at the end, opposite the plug interface, of the housing (10); a tongue plate (20) is arranged on one side, facing the plug interface, of the back plate (11); the tongue plate (20) separates the housing (10) into a first accommodation slot (101) and a second accommodation slot (102); a first contact portion (21) connected to a first signal and a second contact portion (22) connected to an earth signal are arranged on the surface, forming the first accommodation slot (101) and the second accommodation slot (102), of the tongue plate (21); the first contact portion (21) has a first end close to the plug interface; the second contact portion (22) has a first end close to the plug interface; the distance between the first end of the second contact portion (22) and the plug interface is less than the distance between the first end of the first contact portion (21) and the plug interface; and the first end of the first contact portion (21) and the first end of the second contact portion (22) are in a peak arrangement. The data interface and the electronic device solve the technical problem that when the data interface is connected to the device, static electricity is discharged to the device and thus the device is damaged, and improve the usage safety of the device.
