Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an array pattern sampling data generation unit (111b) that associates process data for which there has been a change over time and the elapsed time, thus generating array pattern sampling data; a bit pattern sampling data generation unit (111c) that associates a flag, which indicates the presence of a change over time in process data each time process data is acquired, with process data for which there has been a change over time, thus generating bit pattern sampling data; and a recording control unit (111a) that records whichever has the smaller recording volume of the bit pattern sampling data or the array pattern sampling data.
