Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an application in which security settings for verifying that input content and operation content are correct are set not only when opening an application file but also when terminating and closing the application file, thereby effectively reducing erroneous input, unauthorized input, and the like. [Solution] A data management system is provided with: a data access unit unlocking function in which an open passcode for opening a data access unit in an application and a close passcode for normally terminating and closing the data access unit that is open in the application are set for each of data access units used in the application, input of an open passcode is received, and data access units are individually downloaded in an encrypted state, decrypted, and opened; and a data access unit locking function in which input of a close passcode is received, a data access unit in an open state is normally terminated, re-encrypted, closed, and uploaded.
