Abstract:
A data management system 1 includes a client device 100, a window server device 200, and a plurality of data server devices 501, 502, and 503. The client device 100 converts personal information constituted of a character string having at least one item into a character code. The client device 100 divides the character code into at least two division character code parts. The client device 100 transmits the division character code parts to the window server device 200. The window server device 200 stores first data constituted of a division character code part in one data server device out of the plurality of data server devices 501, 502, and 503, and stores second data constituted of a division character code part different from that of the first data, in another one data server device out of the plurality of data server devices 501, 502, and 503.
