Abstract:
The present technique relates to a data processing device, a data processing method, and a program for making it possible to reduce electric power consumption. A vehicle information acquiring unit acquires vehicle information that can be acquired on a vehicle. A control unit controls, in accordance with vehicle information, the frame rate of frame data generated on the basis of event data, generated in an accumulation time from the start of frame generation to the end of frame generation, representing the occurrence of an event that is a change in electric signal of a pixel generating the electric signal by performing photoelectric conversion. The data processing unit generates the frame data of the frame rate controlled by the control unit. The present technique is applicable, for example, when generating frame data from event data outputted by a Dynamic Vision Sensor (DVS).
